Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

At Rubistaa Jewellery, please review the following policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns are available only for selected products, as mentioned on their product pages.

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging, tags, labels, and boxes intact.
Products without their original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.

Unboxing Video Requirements

Please record your parcel opening using these guidelines:

Start before opening: Show all sides of the sealed parcel and ensure the shipping label is clearly visible.
Record continuously: Record in one shot without pauses, cuts, or edits until the product is fully unpacked.
Keep everything visible: Use good lighting and clearly show the product, invoice, and packaging.
Inspect the item: Show the product from all angles and clearly capture any damage, missing parts, or incorrect items.

Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Charges

If return pickup is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address. Please obtain return instructions from our team before sending the parcel.

Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the circumstances. Any applicable charges will be communicated before processing your request.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and has passed quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider.
