Return and Refund Policy
- If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the order has been shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through our website.
- Returns are available only for selected products. The return eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on its product page.
- Rubistaa Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify the return policy for any product without prior notice.
- If return pickup service is not available in your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
- Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the situation.
An unpacking (unboxing) video is mandatory for all customer return requests. Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted. We strongly recommend recording a clear video while opening your parcel.
- Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- Products must have original packaging, tags, labels, and box. Returns without original tags will not be accepted.
- Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period mentioned on the product page. Requests beyond this period cannot be processed.
📦 Parcel Opening Video – Quick Guidelines
To support return or exchange claims, please follow these steps when recording your unboxing video:
- Begin recording before opening the parcel.
- Show all sides of the sealed package with the shipping label clearly visible.
- Record in one continuous shot.
- Do not pause, skip, or edit the video in any way.
- Continue recording until the product is fully opened and visible.
- Ensure good lighting.
- Show the product, invoice, and packaging clearly.
- Display the item from all angles.
- If the product is missing parts, damaged, or incorrect, show it clearly in the video.
🔸Note: A valid unboxing video is mandatory for processing any return or exchange claim. Requests submitted without a proper video may not be accepted.
